This foil lid closes a steam table pan for the trip to a catering job or a night in the walk-in. Set it on the pan and press the foil down around the full curl rim; it holds the heat and the steam in and keeps the food from sliding around in the van. The full-size lid fits our full-size deep and medium pans and comes 50 per case; the half-size lid fits our half-size pan and comes 100 per case. Pans sold separately. The lids are oven safe, freezer safe and recyclable.
