This full-size foil pan drops into a standard steam table or chafer and goes straight from the oven to the buffet line. The deep pan is 3 3/8 inches deep for pasta, rice and saucy entrees; the medium pan is 2 3/16 inches deep for sides, enchiladas and sheet-style desserts. Both have the full curl rim that takes our foil lid for the drive to a catering job. Heavy-duty foil, 120 grams on the deep pan and 115 on the medium, so a full pan carries without buckling. 50 per case. Oven safe, freezer safe and recyclable.
