Two sizes: the 2 mil low-density polyethylene 6" x 6" sandwich bag for a portion of sauce, cut fruit, a sandwich or a prepped topping, and the 10 9/16" x 11" gallon freezer bag for a batch of stock, marinated meat or anything headed for the freezer. Clear food-grade polyethylene with a zip top that reseals every time, so prep gets portioned once and reopened as needed. Press the zip shut with two fingers; no twist ties. Sandwich bags 1,000 per case, gallon freezer bags 200 per case.
