A professional-strength cleaner and degreaser built to dissolve baked-on grease, carbon buildup and food residue on ovens, grills, broilers, hoods and stainless steel cooking surfaces, fast enough to cut through the heavy grease on kitchen equipment that a general cleaner only smears. A caustic formula built on sodium and potassium hydroxide: spray a generous coat on the surface, wait about 10 minutes or until the grease and dirt loosen, then flush clean with water.
