The open-top paper boat for fries, wings, tacos, nachos and fried fish, in seven sizes from a 1/4 lb side to a 5 lb basket, with a 6 oz in between. Kraft paperboard with a glossy food-safe coating on the inside, so grease and sauce stay in the tray and the bottom does not go soft. The open top fills fast and leaves room to pile on toppings. The trays nest in the sleeve and take little shelf space. Food trucks, festivals, concessions and school lunches run on them.
