These black polypropylene soufflé cups give sauces, dressings and dips a cleaner look on the tray. The dark color hides the stains from salsa, barbecue sauce and curry that show through a clear cup, and it sets off lighter sauces for a more finished presentation. The flexible plastic holds up to squeezing and stacking. Four sizes: 1 oz (tall), 1.5, 2 and 3.25 oz. Clear lids are sold separately: the 1 oz lid fits the 1 oz cup, the 1.5–2 oz lid fits the 1.5 and 2 oz cups, and the 3.25–4 oz lid fits the 3.25 oz cup. The cups are BPA free, recyclable, and safe for the microwave and freezer.
