The 9" x 9" molded fiber clamshell for combo plates and generous portions. Made from molded sugarcane fiber with no added PFAS, it is a sturdy, BPI certified compostable alternative to foam and plastic. It holds up to hot, saucy and greasy food, is rated to 212°F, and reheats in the microwave. The hinged lid locks shut to cut down on spills in transit. Choose one open compartment, or three that keep the entrée and the sides apart. 200 per case.
