The lunch-size version of the plate that takes a knife like a real one. Black 9-inch polypropylene plates with a mineral filler that makes them thick and rigid, so a knife does not flex them and a full plate does not bend. Nothing soaks through. Plain, or with 3 compartments for a lunch plate with two sides. Microwave safe and rated to 250°F, so a plate can go from the walk-in to the microwave to the guest. The black finish makes the food the color on the plate. 500 per case, four packs of 125.
